Ingredients
- 6 ea Pork Chops (sliced thin)
- 3 eggs Eggs
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 2 cups Panko
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 bottle Bulldog Sauce
Instructions
- Flour, Panko, scrambled eggs with milk
- Use meat tenderizer to flatten pork chop. Rinse with water, dip in flour, dip in egg, dip in Panko because putting in the oil to fry for 3 minutes.
- Remove pork chop from the fryer. Drain oil and serve with rice and bulldog sauce. Ketchup for kids if needed.
