Salisbury Steak
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg and French onion soup in a large bowl. You can add more breadcrumbs if the mixture does not hold well in a ball. I added maybe 1/4 cup more to mine. You should be able to make about 6-8 balls depending on size.
- Brown the patties in a skillet on the stove. Drain off any juice.
- After browning, place the patties in an oven safe dish. Cover the patties with the beef broth and mushrooms.
- Place in oven for 45 minutes.
- Thicken sauce with corn starch as needed.
