Ingredients
- 30 grams ground cayenne pepper
- 10 grams red pepper flakes
- 6 grams salt
- 20 grams white granulated sugar
- 100 grams white vinegar
- 2 lemon juice from 2 lemons
- 200 grams water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Process until smooth.
- Add sauce to a pot and simmer over medium-low heat to develop flavors and reduce the sauce.
- This will be hot.
- Let cool before storing in a bottle in the fridge.
